Dutch DJ/Producer duo Mohtiv continue their streak of signature funky-house gems. I gotta let you goOriginally released in 1994 this tune is still a dance floor filler today and a must-play in every classics set. Or as Maria Jimenez wrote in Music & Media magazine back then: "This is delicious house with a catchy hookline." Fast forward to 2024, and the track gets a new lease of life, thanks to the outstanding remix by Hendriks and Basti M. The German DJs and producers not only share their love for the White Isle, Ibiza, but also for Melodic House & Techno. With their version of "I Gotta Let U Go" they bring us a fresh dose of innovative electronic music, resulting in loads of hands in the air moments. Speaking about the remix, Hendriks and Basti M said "We clearly remember seeing the music video of the original for the first time, although we were still kids. Putting our own spin on one of dance music's greatest hits is a huge honor!" Dominica "I Gotta Let U Go" (Hendriks & Basti M Remix) is set to be released on May 3rd.
